About The Position

We are looking for a talented Development Team Leader to make a major impact on our business. The Development Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled developers and delivering complex internal system development projects across a variety of technologies. Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Rest API, JavaScript, Angular 2+, CSS, SOLID principles is required.

With almost 20 years of experience in ecommerce the company currently has 65k+ merchant clients from all over the world. Syncee serves retailers, suppliers, dropshippers.

Syncee integrates with the biggest ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Ecwid, Jumpseller, and Shoprenter. Syncee connects retailers and suppliers, while millions of products can be found in its system, and it provides automated product uploading, updating, and order synchronization processes for online stores.

What We Expect From You

• 4+ years of proven experience in a related field
• Experience in people management and the ability to lead others
• Professional knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Rest API, JavaScript, Angular 2+, CSS, SOLID principles is required.
• Experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team, and process performance
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment
• Experience and deep understanding of web application development and web cycle
• Experienced in backend and frontend workflows
• Advanced English language knowledge

• Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers
• Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects
• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
• Working closely with other team leaders to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to development and delivery
• Provide regular and effective progress updates and work closely with development
